Shipping Shipping for the Wet Happened? wet bag is free with in the United States. Most items ship via USPS, as I have found this is the cheapest and most effective way to ship items. Tracking can be added for an additional $.60, please e-mail me if interested. If you do not receive your item, please contact me so I can try to hunt it down. If you would rather have your item shipped via Priority Mail, please contact me and I can bill you separately for the additional postage. Shipping takes approximately 3-5 days, but can take up to 9 days.
International orders I ship internationally, and bill separately for the additional shipping. Once your order is received, I will invoice you for the additional postage. Please note that your items will not go out until all postage is paid in full. I normally ship via: First Class International, which starts around $6 or Flat Rate Priority Global, which starts around $10-$15. Please note that some countries impose additional taxes and duties on your items, and I have no way to know all the various countries rules and regulations. If you choose not to pay it and abandon your package, no refund will be issued.
Overnight Shipping Overnight shipping prices start at $20. The post office does not guarantee the package until the second day, but almost always arrives after the first day. I will bill you the additional amount, which must be paid before the item goes out.
Local Pickup If you live in the Grand Rapids area and would rather pick your item up, please contact me to arrange a meeting and I will refund your shipping costs.
Order Processing Time Once I receive your order, I will send you a confirmation with an estimated time of shipping. Most Wet Happened? bags ship within three to five days.
Payments My shopping cart will direct you to Mal's E-Commerce, which processes payments through Paypal. They accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. You do not have to have a Paypal account in order to use this shopping cart. I will accept a personal check, but it will take 3-5 days to clear before the order is sent out. If you feel more comfortable giving me your credit card number directly, please call me and I would be more than happy to process your transaction manually.
Returns My return policy is simple. I am not happy if you are not happy. Although every effort is made to send out a perfect product, I realize that there are times when a zipper might break or a seam might not have been sewn properly. I try my very best to make sure this is not the case, but I realize it does happen. If your item is defective, I will gladly offer a refund or a replacement, minus your shipping cost back to me. I strongly suggest getting tracking/delivery confirmation on any items returned, as I cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail. Returns must be: in New Condition. Please ensure proper packaging when returning, as I cannot return items damaged due to lack of careful shipping. Free of odors- cigarette smoke and other odors prohibit me from selling them again, so please make sure items are odor free to ensure a full refund. Your money will be refunded via Paypal. Please contact me and I will give you instructions regarding the return process.
Rush Delivery I am often asked to rush items and have them ready for next day shipping. As my customer base grows, so does my workload. Please e-mail or call me directly if you absolutely need the item sent the next day and I will do my best to accomodate your request.
